Disaster!

A major earthquake changed the course of the stream! Actually, I dropped my 5 gallon bucket of dirt on it.

Yup. Right on top of the power supplies. Suggestion, build the water feature away from the power supplies. It didn't take long to repair the damage.

The first wheelbarrow load of dirt.

The building manager gave me a pile of dirt just for moving it out of his yard. I'll be a while with this job. It's mid summer, so my plan is to get an early start and move some dirt, then when it gets hot, go home for a shower and such. Of course, I didn't figure on dropping a bucket of dirt on the stream.

Hmm. I wish the stream was running more down the front of the hill. Well, it'll look pretty good coming from behind the hill. Maybe I'll change it someday.

An empty field

Since I wanted to be able to run locos for customers, I went with track power. I mounted block switches in index card boxes.
