First Trip

My Pacific takes it's first trip around,

While David pretends not to be excited.

Passing the west end curve.

"So when are you going to put that Mallet on?" I broke down:D

A thousand bucks worth of locos? I don't even want to think about it.

Pacific on the bridge.

The unfinished sidings.

Malfunction Junction.

Two 24v electronic grade power supplies from allelectronics.com power two Trackside Receivers. An old computer power supply to operate accessories and such.

At this point, the trackwork is a little rough and needs some leveling and adjusting, but trains do run. David tells me the Pacific derailed along Malfunction Junction while he was playing with it yesterday while I was off finding some supper.
