First, I had to figure out how long the straight sections had to be for the double crossover. They're 18 3/4 inches. I didn't actually use a bowed 2 by, though it looks like it in the picture.

Here's the south side with the double crossover installed. You see I'm laying out the siding.

The siding joins back up with the inner loop on the North side.

You can see the East End in the distance.

The track rests on 2 pieces of 1 1/2 inch foam cut 4 inches wide, so it's about 1/2 inch over the 2 by 4's.

Here's the bridge ready to install. I figured on installing it yesterday, but I broke the top beams out in a clumbsy moment, so instead I layed out the siding while the glue dried. It's made for heavy G gauge locos to cross it, not for a 160 pound brat to...

Woa! Did I really lay out that doglegged mess?

Now that's much better.
